Lions first match of the season against relegated FC Sagarmatha. Embassy FC had two meaty games with Sagarmatha, the first victory involving a nasty red card incident and then when BEFC got back on track and nice 7 - 2 thumping, with both Sagarmatha goals from curious penalty decisions, direct from curious free kick decisions, 1 minute from the end of each half. Very glad Goal Difference wasn't a factor in deciding the league title!

So Sagarmatha have been struggling with maintaining a consistent squad although they do have so quality players. Word is they have been able to recruit a bit for the new season, so it should be a decent test for Lions to get a feel for how much they have improved over last season.
