On Saturday June 27th Capt. Ben attended the TML Captain's meeting and end of year party at the Roppongi Hobgoblin.
There were not a lot of changes from the last year's meeting except a special case in which Division 1 club YCAC folded and has been granted permission to begin fresh in Division 3.
The main reasoning for the folding was that the YCAC team had no actual YCAC members in it. Division 1 is high level, and the YCAC wanted a team for its members to be able to participate in.
As a major pitch provider YCAC and the TML came to a special agreement.

This is also the reason why only 1 team was relegated from both Division 1 and Division 2 this season.

• It looks like the TML will have 2 new referees next season, which is good.
• Aaron won the TML Referee of the year award.
• Promoted teams Fussa and Pumas all turned up with nearly a full squad - both squads obviously have a strong team spirit and unity.
• The TML is looking for a new sponsor for the league.
