Adecco MVP BEFC vs BFC - Soutaro Kirihara

  • Adecco BEFC Most Valuable Player MIFA - Soutaro Kirihara

In the prelude to the FJC Semi-Final BEFC faced the return match in the league against ancient rivals British Football Club. It was a tough match to lose as for most of the game BEFC were much the better team. It was yet another lesson of Division 1 in which a mistake or misfortune in the wrong place results in hard punishment. On the positive side, but very bitter sweet it was BEFC who dominated the match with smoother play and two very delicious goals from well worked football. And if BEFC can work to fix their bad habit there is plenty of confidence for battling their way into the coming cup final.

When it came to Most Valuable Player nominations it was felt that despite the scoreline many of the team had put in notably strong performances, however as we know there is only one Adecco BEFC MVP!

The midfield has a lot of attention recently and one player who really provides the platform for it to tick is Soutaro Kirihara. Firstly as a holding DM he creates a shield of steel and hard challenges in front of the defence which is essential in any game. Especially against BFC whose TML Division 1 top scorer like to drop into the half space, Kirihara was there to make this a no go zone, forcing him to have no escape from the special attention of the center backs. And then in build up play, among the great options, Kirihara is always available and when able to turn to face the play his range of ball distribution adds another level of threat for the BEFC offence.

In this game particular Kirihara put on display all these fine abilities that show how his presence, work rate and vision create a vital part of those BEFC strong team performances.

There was very little doubt in the nominations that for BEFC vs BFC Soutaro Kirihara was the Adecco BEFC Most Valuable Player!
