BEFC White started strongly in Group A of the AMIA International Futsal Tournament. Going undefeated ahead of the pack until they suffered a dip right at the end but then pulled it back together to top their table being the only team to defeat the enventually winners Thailand in their final league game. Into the knockout they missed out on the final to penalties by the of slightest margins, before finally finishing 4th in 1-2 loss to last year's winners Ecuador which could have gone either way. That's football!
It was a fascinating mental tournament for BEFC White, where the margins for defeat were the slightest dips in concentration and victories spurred on by explosions of intensity and collective team play. One man who never seemed to dip, an intensity machine and constant scoring threat menace was Alo Säkk. With a great TML debut, and off the back of the recent friendly MOM Award, Alo continued his consistency in high level all round play making him the deserved Adecco MVP for the BEFC White in the AMIA International Futsal Tournament.
