BELFC participated in another ladies futsal tournament hosted by MIFA Football park on Sunday 25th June 2017. Pitch was wet from the rain in the morning but luckily the weather stayed cloudy during the competition. For the first few matches, BELFC was very unlucky to lose one goal from each game but managed to keep the score as little as 0-1. After shuffling the formation in the third game, the team started push harder and played better by showing BEFC spirit which is resulted as 8 goals in total scored by Kate Gilmartin, Izzy Jasper, Mutsumi Nagamatsu, Namiho Takeda and Satoko Izumi.
Newly joined member, Satoko Izumi performed outstanding role in each game not only by showing the skills she gained from previous experience playing football but also by quickly adjusting herself to BEFLC style of futsal. Soon after playing few games together, Izumi became one of the most reliable players in the team. Satoko never missed a chance to carry the ball forward even when she was playing as a defender. As a result, she scored three excellent goals in the competition.

For her skilful performance Satoko Izumi is the Adecco BEFC MVP for MIFA 3rd Anniversary Ladies Cup.
