BEFC are happy to announce global HR Solutions group Adecco as the exclusive Man of the Match sponsor for the new 2015/16 season and BEFC premier sponsor. The popular BEFC Man of the Match Award and Competition MVP awards will become the Adecco BEFC MOM Award. 

Started last season as a way for the team to show appreciation of their team mates the BEFC MOM awards are given for outstanding performances in TML matches and competitions.
While the award is finally decided by the manager, captain and vice captains present, it only comes from talking to the players postmatch and getting their opinions - it's a group given award.
It has quickly became highly popular as badge of honour and a nice way for everyone to discuss openly about performances. Thanks to Adecco we can now up the stakes and prestige making MOM awards more fun and taking part in even more competitions. 

BEFC's membership is diverse and made up of over 16 nationalities, and Adecco provides HR solutions in Japan and over 60 countries worldwide - which is a nice fit. We took a moment to check out Adecco's core values on their global website to see the Teamwork first placed on the page, and many values that we as BEFC try to uphold and promote through sport and sports relationships. Especially 'We work hard and play hard; we have fun in what we do" is how we like to play our football. It's also noteworthy that Adecco finds jobs abroad for those wanting to expand their experience internationally. Since quite a number of BEFC end up going abroad for career opportunities (like our former Captain) Adecco would be perfect assisting these kind of members.
